Sogou Explorer 1.2 代理服务说明

Sogou Explorer v1.2 : 需要将

HKCU\Software\SogouExplorer\Accelerater  :VideoAccelerater
HKCU\Software\SogouExplorer\Accelerater  :WebAccelerater


都设成2 才能用

SogouExplorer.exe -proxy启动


否则不会开启代理服务线程
